As more people join the Freedom Flotilla, we hold on to hope and sumud (الصمود).
And as it draws near, we know the world is watching, and the truth is clear.

Sumud (الصمود) is an Arabic word meaning resilience.
It represents the unwavering determination to stay rooted in the land, resist oppression, and hold onto dignity and identity in the face of occupation and displacement.
